Check-in is from 2 pm for motel units, 10.30am for Powered sites. If the rooms are ready before 2pm we will send you a text message.
Should you require an earlier Check-in we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Saturday & Sunday 9am – 5pm.
If you will be arriving outside our reception hours, please contact our team to arrange a late arrival and payment.

Cleaning charges may apply if your accommodation is left in an unacceptable state.
What to pack
Our motel accommodation includes linen and bath towels.
Remember to pack your pool towels for the pool and beach. We have some for hire at reception $5.00 ($10 deposit)
If the family bikes & scooters are coming then remember to pack your helmets – they must be worn in the park.
Motorised Scooters, Skateboards and bikes are permitted but MUST adhere to the 5km/hr speed limit in the park

Meeting friends and family at the park:
There is no visitor car park available in the park, they must park on the main street.
You must sign in at the office before entering the park
Swimming Pool
Is open from 7.00am to 6.30pm
Pool towels for hire at reception if you have forgotten to pack them
Pool is deep in some places so strict adult supervision is always required as there are NO lifesavers on duty
All bikes/scooters are not permitted in the pool area
Dogs are not permitted in the pool area
Beach
The beach is only a short 100 metre walk from the Park.
If you wish to swim in the ocean we recommend that you swim in away from the fenced area. Do not swim at night.

SITE REQUESTS: Whilst we always do our best to accommodate requests for specific sites/accommodation, we are never able to guarantee such requests due to possible operational issues.
PORTA COTS: Are Available for hire at $AUD10.00 per stay
BUNK BEDS: Top bunk bed and other elevated beds MUST NOT be occupied by guests under 9 years of age
SERVICE OF MOTEL UNITS: units are serviced on stays longer than 7 days, should you wish to have further service a charge of $35 will be applied. If you require fresh towels then please see our friendly staff in the office
LAUNDRY: The laundry has three washing machines and two dryers available for use. Clotheslines are located at he amenity block.
CHANGING MONEY: We are happy to change money for you in reception for the laundry facilities.
GARBAGE: Please wrap your rubbish and place it in the bins closest to your unit all site rubbish disposed at the rear of the park .
PETS: We accept dogs on Powered Sites only. You will be asked to fill out a Pet Policy when you check in.
SMOKING: No Smoking is permitted in our units, however, ashtrays are provided if you choose to smoke outside on the balcony. Please Note: if this is not adhered to a Cleaning Fee will be charged.
OPEN FIRES: NO open fires are permitted anywhere in the park.
SAFETY: Speed limit must always be adhered to 5 km/ph. You will be asked to leave the park if you fail to adhere to this rule.
HELMETS: Must always be worn when riding scooters & bikes. NO riding is permitted after dark.
QUIET TIME: Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10 pm & 7 am. We have a NO PARTY policy within the park.
